Job Description
In this role, you’ll lead strategic sourcing efforts across global supply chains to drive cost savings, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure long-term supply chain resilience. As a key member of our global supply chain organization, you'll help shape sourcing strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and grow into a mentor for others as your career progresses.
Requirements:
- Lead Global Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement sourcing plans for assigned categories to achieve cost, quality, and performance goals.
- Collaborate Across Borders : Work closely with global teams and stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with company objectives.
- Build Strong Supplier Relationships : Manage key supplier partnerships to ensure top performance and long-term value.
- Negotiate High-Impact Contracts : Lead negotiations on large-scale contracts, balancing cost, delivery, quality, and risk.
- Monitor Industry Trends : Stay current on electronics market trends, innovations, and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Mitigate Supply Chain Risks : Proactively identify and address potential disruptions, from pricing volatility to geopolitical risks.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify new suppliers and explore innovative sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support Team Growth : Contribute to a collaborative team culture, and as you grow, mentor and support others in their development.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a sourcing team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a fast-moving, global environment
- Solid understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle—from sourcing and procurement to logistics and fulfillment.
- Hands-on knowledge of contract manufacturing and relevant production processes.
- Experience managing international supplier networks and building supply chains from the ground up.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
