Key\nResponsibilities:

\n\n

• Provide\nexpert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety and\nclinical excellence.

• \n\nCollaborate\neffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.

• \n\nMaintain\ncompliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.

• \n\nParticipate\nin ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.

• \n\nSchedule:\nRotational shifts based on operational needs.

\n\n\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n

• Active\nRN license to practice in Kentucky.

• \n\nMinimum\nof 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).

• \n\nCurrent\ncertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS,\nor PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).

• \n\nCFRN\ncertification within 24 months of hire.

• \n\nFlight\nor transport experience preferred.

• \n\nSuccessful\ncompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.

• \n\nEffective\ninterpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and external\ncustomers.

• \n\nWeight\nlimit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.

• \n\nBasic\ncomputer skills for electronic charting and communication.

• \n\nAbility\nto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and\nflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drug\nscreening.
