About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join an elite air medical team based in Deer Valley, AZ . In this role, you will deliver life-saving care during emergency medical transports, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes in high-stakes situations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
• Document accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in public relations and outreach activities to promote air medical services.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory training, clinical rotations, and skill labs.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and adhere to all regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Active RN License : Valid in the state of Arizona.
• Critical Care Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care settings.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications : Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Hourly rates based on experience, with annual earnings potential ranging from $97,452 to $139,208.
