SUMMARY
This is a full-time opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to contribute significantly to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with analytical acumen, driving actionable insights that support executive decision-making and promote fiscal health across the organization. This role offers a chance to influence key business strategies and financial direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the coordination and preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals.
Drive reporting automation by enhancing KPIs through ERP systems and leveraging BI tools.
Conduct thorough financial statement analyses and assess key performance metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
Generate detailed management reports outlining risks, performance, and opportunities for senior leadership.
Perform cost analysis on production and overhead expenses to identify cost-saving measures and enhance profitability.
Support strategic business initiatives including acquisitions and capital projects with financial modeling and forecasting.
Drive continuous improvements in financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical skills with financial modeling and analytical tools; expert in Excel; ERP and BI tool proficiency essential (Power BI a plus).
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights.
Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and driving impactful financial solutions.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all facets of reporting and analysis.
