Family Medicine - Physician at Mt Greenwood Medical Center - OSF HealthCare System/OSF Medical Group summary:

A Family Medicine physician is sought to join a multidisciplinary primary care team delivering patient-centered care in an established community practice. The role involves outpatient care with no inpatient responsibilities, utilizing EPIC EMR, and includes comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, loan repayment, and professional development opportunities. The position emphasizes collaborative team dynamics and serving a diverse patient base in a suburban setting near Chicago.

• Established practice seeks a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician experienced or interested in population health to join our dedicated primary care team to serve a growing community and patient base
• The team consists of 2 Physicians, 2 APPs and support staff
• Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with one evening per week 10 am-7pm and one half Saturday a month
• Call is 1:15 with After-Hours Triage Call Service taking first call
• No inpatient responsibilities
• EPIC EMR

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000.
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Physician is responsible for providing compassionate, high quality, patient-centered care. Demonstrates positive working relationships and demonstrates collaborative team-oriented behaviors with: staff physicians, nurses, other departments, other members of the medical staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
