Were hiring an Event Planner II to support a leading biopharmaceutical company. In this role, you'll coordinate and execute a variety of internal and external meetings and eventseverything from conferences and advisory boards to registration and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event logistics including registration, housing, shipping of materials, and on-site coordination
• Prepare pre-event communications and post-event reporting (including metrics)
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings and vendor coordination
• Conduct site visits and evaluate venues/vendors
• Track and manage budgets, including POs, invoices, and reporting
• Support commercial teams with accurate and timely material distribution

What Were Looking For:

• Experience planning corporate events, ideally in pharma or life sciences
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple deadlines
