Trillium Construction is seeking Electrical Foremen for a project in Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
• Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking
• Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen
Pay rate is $35+, depending on experience plus Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days upon eligibility. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week.

Qualifications
• Pre-employment screenings
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Proven leadership skills with experience running crews
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
