Quantum Education Professionals is looking for Early Childhood Special Education Process Coordinator for the Kansas City Missouri School District for the 2025-2026 school year.

Hourly: $40–$45 per hour, offering flexible work options.

Bonus: Up to $750 sign-on bonus available.

What You’ll Do: As a Special Education Process Coordinator with Quantum Resource Professionals, your role will include:

• Develop and Oversee IEPs – Guide the creation and implementation of individualized education plans, ensuring compliance and alignment with student needs.
• Support Curriculum Adaptation – Collaborate with educators to modify lessons and instructional methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate Team Collaboration – Coordinate communication among teachers, service providers, and families to promote student success.
• Monitor Compliance and Student Progress – Ensure timelines, documentation, and evaluations are met while tracking progress to support instructional adjustments.
• Promote Inclusive Practices – Provide guidance and resources that foster equitable, supportive learning environments for all students.

Qualifications:

• Valid special education teaching license in Missouri or willing to obtain one
• Experience in supporting children and adolescents in educational settings, particularly those with special needs
