Director Business Development, ADM Managed Services

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to bring new sales of Publicis Sapients services that address the post launch requirements of our Digital Customers. These include Digital ASM, Digital Run and Digital Operations. You will do this by your own efforts of interfacing with existing account teams and with netnew logo acquisition teams and building a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base, a track record of delivering results, and good interpersonal and organizational skill sets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Bring new sales of Publicis Sapients post launch Digital services (Digital ASM, Digital Run, Digital Operations)
  • Interface with existing account teams and netnew logo acquisition teams
  • Build and lead a global sales team to drive pipeline and bookings across regions
  • Develop and execute a solutionselling strategy with senior leaders at client organizations
  • Close large multiyear ASM and/or Cloud Infra deals at Fortunelevel customers
  • Collaborate with Industry and Regional sales teams in a matrixed environment
  • Leverage experience with hyperscalers and cloud partners, and knowledge of DevOps & SRE

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services
  • 2+ years of team leadership with sales quotas and performance management
  • Experience winning multiyear cloud technology consulting services at Fortunelevel customers
  • Strong consultative selling focus with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business
  • Excellent business, communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, able to manage and track multiple priorities; strong project/customer relationship management
  • Collaboration skills across the organization to achieve team goals
  • Experience mentoring less experienced sales personnel on selling, account management and negotiation skills
  • Drive to deliver value to clients and shape a fastpaced, growing organization
  • Bachelors degree (BS, BTech or equivalent technology degree) required; MBA preferred
  • Ready for extensive travel to customer locations for dealrelated meetings

Pay Range

$150,000 - $220,000 (may vary by location and skill set)
