We're seeking an experienced intellectual property law professional to serve as the Deputy Chief Policy Officer for Trademarks and Copyright. This role will serve as a senior advisor to the Chief Policy Officer and Director of International Affairs (CPO) on public policy matters related to intellectual property (IP) protection and IP-related trade issues, including proposed legislation and international activities of the United States.
The Deputy Chief Policy Officer focuses on the establishment and implementation of trademark, copyright, and trade policy at the national and international levels. The DCPO is also responsible for overseeing professional legal positions pertaining to trademark, copyright, China-related IP matters, and trade policy.
