CDL-A Truck Driver | Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,600+
Compensation & Pay Details:
Weekly average: $1,200–$1,600+
Activity-based pay with an hourly base of $18/hour plus bonuses
Stop pay: $38 per stop
Holiday pay: $200 per day
Outsource pay: $100–$325 per day when assigned to other routes
Yearly $0.01 CPM increases up to $0.72 CPM max

Shift Details
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Start Times: 10 p.m.–2 a.m.
Average shift: 10–12 hours
3–4 layovers per week (typically 3, not guaranteed)
Works all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas
Job Description
Drivers haul pre-loaded dry van trailers with general retail and consumer goods.
Offload required using electric pallet jacks and lift gates at some stops
Backhauls may be required after deliveries
Must be able and willing to chain in winter conditions (can occur up to 5 times per week during winter months)
May be reassigned weekly to assist other dedicated operations as needed
Equipment & Operations
Automatic sleeper trucks (single bunk)
Assigned equipment — no slip seating
Eligible for take-home truck if living within the designated radius
53’ box trailers
Average 9 stops per week
Pets and riders allowed (with approval)
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must meet all DOT and company safety standards
Willing to work nights and occasional holidays
