Overview

Full-time Data Entry Specialist for Love Justice South Africa. The role supports Transit Monitoring by ensuring accurate data collection and public area monitoring compliance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter data from original forms (IRFs, VDFs, CIFs, SMRs, Open Source Data) into Searchlight databases quickly and accurately.
• Ensure Transit Monitors correctly fill out forms and monitor data collection compliance.
• Verify that entered data is accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• A mature Christian with a broken heart for injustice, especially human trafficking.
• Language proficiency in English.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, typing, and transcription skills.
• Significant computer and technical skills (including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).

Work Environment and Requirements

The position is based in Johannesburg, working from home/office in Parkhurst with weekly monitoring team meetings. Full?time (40 hours per week).

Communication / Reporting Expectations

• Coordinate closely with the Love Justice South Africa National Director regarding station compliance.
• Reply to all emails or WhatsApp messages from Love Justice International within 24 hours.
• Submit a plan to improve data entry performance indicators each month in the NMR if goals are not met.

Contract Terms

Initial contract period of 3 months only. During this period performance will be evaluated and the position may be renewed if suitable and if continued funding is available. Candidates must be legally documented to work in South Africa, have no criminal record, and be live in Johannesburg.
