The Data Entry Lead/ Receptionist is responsible for greeting all individuals coming into our UMR Corporate office location working to direct them appropriately. They assist with administrative tasks that support the office's efficiency, safety, and maintenance. The Data Entry Lead/ Receptionist works as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) assisting the department with requests for access, equipment, email services and more. They would also support the team with administrative and other data entry tasks as needed.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday onsite at this location. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7 am - 5 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 115 W WAUSAU AVE., Wausau, WI 54401.
This training for this role will be on the job. The hours and duration of the training will be based on needs of the candidate.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
