We're a small but fast-moving startup looking for a talented and driven individual to join us on a short-term but high-impact project. What You’ll Do: Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of novel generative AI models and related research efforts Set up and optimize ML pipelines for both edge deployment and production environments Work with large-scale, enterprise-grade datasets to derive meaningful insights and enhance model performance Collaborate with a small team of passionate builders and thinkers Take initiative beyond assigned tasks—this is a space where self-starters thrive What We’re Looking For: Strong background in machine learning , AI research , or data science Experience with generative AI , model finetuning , and working with production-grade AI systems Solid grasp of data analytics and the ability to navigate complex datasets Comfort working autonomously , yet collaboratively in a startup-like environment A proactive attitude and genuine excitement for pushing boundaries Willingness to work ~8 hours/day, 5 days/week for 5 weeks (schedule is flexible) Okay with modest compensation upfront , with strong potential for higher pay and ongoing opportunities as we grow This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of something exciting—if you're hungry to build, learn, and innovate, we want to hear from you.
