Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist . This is a full-time, remote role for someone with excellent time management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Location : Remote – must be a resident of Florida
Schedule : Varies between 9 AM – 11 PM EST (partial weekends required)
Pay : $15/hour (starting)
Review after 90 days
Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns
Assist with modifications to existing reservations
Focus on problem resolution with attention to detail and documentation to reduce errors and maintain profitability
Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
Deliver consistent, professional, and high-quality customer support
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while being a team player
Positive and professional demeanor
Reliable PC and high-speed internet connection
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Knowledge of social media posting required
Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old
Must be a resident of Florida
