Job Title: Concrete Carpenter / Foreman - Bridge Construction (Denver, CO) Location: Denver, CO (Project in Deer Trail, CO)
Compensation: $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 40-60 hours per week

Description: We are a reputable civil construction company seeking skilled
Concrete Carpenters and Foremen for ongoing
bridge construction projects based out of the Denver area. Current projects are running east toward Deer Trail, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradesmen looking for steady work, competitive pay, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities: - Perform formwork and concrete placement for bridge structures and civil infrastructure
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Lead and coordinate small crews (Foreman role)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Set forms for footings, piers, abutments, and decks
- Use hand and power tools for precise measurements and form fabrication
- Maintain job site cleanliness and tool organization
Requirements: - Proven experience in bridge construction or heavy civil concrete work
- For Foreman applicants: Leadership experience and ability to manage crews effectively
- Must have your own hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from the job site (based out of Denver, working near Deer Trail)
- Reliable transportation with valid Drivers license
- Willingness to work 40-60 hours per week, including potential overtime
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices
Preferred Qualifications: - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- CDL or ability to operate small equipment
- Experience with DOT projects or government-funded bridge jobs
