Position Summary: Manage the overall direction and training of the Collegiate Marketing program. Work to identify, negotiate, and execute opportunities within your assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with all aspects of student life, both on and off campus. Develop and manage relationships with influential groups and individuals, including student organizations such as Greek life, sports, intramurals, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle. Off-campus support includes housing complexes, venue partnerships, gym affiliations, promoters, and transportation hubs.
2. Manage Collegiate Ambassadors within the assigned territory. Responsible for recruiting, training, and directing campus ambassadors, with frequent in-person check-ins.
3. Lead collegiate-focused sampling and activation events. Plan and manage all event aspects, including contract negotiation, staffing, product distribution, transportation, and supplies.
4. Coordinate scheduling and reporting. Communicate activities to the Collegiate Manager and local stakeholders, review and approve reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Support marketing efforts for non-collegiate events and identify sales opportunities and event activations for the sales division.
6. Work safely and effectively in fast-paced environments, including warehouses and off-site locations. Tasks may be performed independently or as part of a team. Must be flexible, organized, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, spatial awareness, and a positive attitude. Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; may need to drive company vehicle.

Base Pay Range: USD $47,250 - USD $63,000 (+).
