Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Travelers Rest, SC

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines while editing CNC programs as necessary.
• Apply general knowledge of machining techniques and methods, seeking assistance when faced with operating difficulties.
• Use precision measuring instruments to confirm conformity to customer orders and blueprint specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of processes, materials, and results.
• Ensure tools and machines are maintained in clean and proper condition for usage.

What's Needed?

• Experience programming CNC machines, particularly Multus, Doosan, and LB4000 is desired.
• Ability to read and interpret customer order instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Familiarity with using a variety of hand and power tools common to the trade.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to perform inspections using various measuring tools (visual, optical, micrometer, verniers, indicator, etc.).
