Job Title: Lead Clinical Research Coordinator – Radiopharma/Oncology

Location: Princeton, NJ

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing clinical research site network specializing in oncology and radiopharmaceutical trials , dedicated to accelerating the development of innovative cancer therapies. The Princeton site plays a pivotal role in cutting-edge clinical research, and we are seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to oversee and drive excellence in trial execution.

Position Overview:

As the Lead CRC , you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations of oncology and radiopharma clinical trials at the Princeton location. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and site staff, ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, protocol requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead coordinator for assigned oncology and radiopharmaceutical trials.
  • Oversee study startup, conduct, and closeout activities.
  • Coordinate participant screening, enrollment, and study visits.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, source documentation, and study databases.
  • Train and mentor junior CRCs and support staff.
  • Ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and timely reporting of AEs/SAEs.
  • Act as the point of contact for sponsors, monitors, and auditors.
  • Support patient recruitment and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (nursing, biology, etc.) required.
  • 3–5+ years of clinical research coordination experience, ideally in oncology.
  • Prior experience with radiopharmaceutical trials strongly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial workflows.
  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • SOCRA or ACRP certification a plus.
