  Here at Cobalt 13, we are a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as an entry level Client Lead Generator inside of our various wholesale retailer locations in the DMV area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively display and explain products or services to customers within a retail environment.
• Offer personalized service, listening to customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Generate sales and creating a welcoming environment for our customer.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting other team members and sharing strategies.
• Maintain a positive and professional presence in retail locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior sales experience required, but experience in sales, customer service, or management is a plus.
