SCRI is looking for a Change Manager to join the Strategy and Transformation team to advance key business strategies. The Change Manager will support end-to-end change management plans to support complex projects and drive colleague adoption of transformational change initiatives involving people, process, or technology changes to achieve expected outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders and program managers to develop communications, trainings, documentation, and other deliverables for effective change management. Duties include supporting business and system transformation efforts, building tailored change management solutions, partnering with business owners on stakeholder plans and change leadership, understanding concerns across stakeholder groups, reporting to senior leaders, crafting engaging deliverables, facilitating meaningful change, articulating the case for change, ensuring delivery of training materials, managing sustained change, measuring program effectiveness, and building strong relationships across teams. Mandatory expectations include adherence to the Code of Conduct and completion of training assignments. Required competencies include thorough knowledge of change management principles, foundational project management understanding, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, leadership, strategic and critical thinking, proactive project execution, content creation skills, and abilities such as being articulate, intuitive, consultative, creative, resourceful, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), 3+ years of change management experience, and preferred certifications such as Prosci, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP.
