Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful installation and configuration of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) systems, delivering high-speed internet access.

This position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset, as you will be the face of the company during installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and configure FTTH systems at customer locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare necessary materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, providing timely solutions to customers.
• Educate customers on the use of their new fiber optic services and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls, reporting any issues to management.

Education & Experience
