A dynamic and highly regarded law firm with a national footprint is seeking a Business & Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Kansas City office . Key Responsibilities of a Litigation Associate:

• Manage day-to-day litigation activities including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and strategy development
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and prepare for hearings and trials
• Negotiate case resolutions and engage in settlement discussions
• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
• Support trial teams in preparing for and participating in trial proceedings
  

What We're Looking For in a Litigation Associate:

• 3–5 years of experience in business and/or commercial litigation
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Confidence in managing files and working independently, while also thriving in a team environment
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with an eye for delivering value
• Admission to practice in Missouri (Kansas admission is a plus)
