As a Business Growth Consultant, you’ll guide clients through life insurance solutions while also identifying opportunities for personal and professional expansion—both for yourself and those you work with.
Key Responsibilities:Connect with clients to assess needs and recommend life insurance solutions
Build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with individuals and families
Provide personalized consultations and strategic financial guidance
Use proven systems to drive consistent client acquisition and retention
Identify growth opportunities in both client coverage and team development
Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Business Growth Consultants typically earn $4,000–$9,000/month, with top performers exceeding $12,000/month.
