$50k Base // $80-85k OTE

Novo is on a mission to make legal representation more accessible through AI‑powered drafting tools. We’re growing fast and looking for a high‑energy BDR/SDR who’s eager to break into SaaS or AI sales. No prior tech‑sales experience? No problem. If you bring grit, curiosity, and a can‑do attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

  • Open doors and spark conversations – research target law firms and solo practitioners, craft compelling outreach, and book qualified demos for our Account Executives.
  • Own the top of the funnel – run multi‑channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Master the art of discovery – ask smart questions that uncover pain points around legal drafting speed, accuracy, and cost.
  • Collaborate with Marketing – turn campaign leads into meetings, share real‑time feedback on messaging, and iterate fast.
  • Level‑up quickly – absorb coaching on sales fundamentals, AI product knowledge, and the legal tech landscape; hit weekly activity and monthly pipeline goals.
  • Track what matters – log activities and funnel metrics in Salesforce, stay organized so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Grow into more – top performers will move into full‑cycle closing roles or other go‑to‑market paths as Novo scales.
