The Business Change Manager manages the day-to-day Provider Data Quality operations. Responsibilities include acting as an internal resource for lower-level associates for guidance and training, leading monthly detailed Provider Data Quality meetings and status updates with Health Plan leadership, Regulatory department, IMO, IT leads, and other stakeholders. The role involves completing adjustments to GBD Facets provider data to allow claims payments in accordance with the provider’s enrollment eligibility status within the State Medicaid enrollment system, serving as operational Product Owner to manage operational support and readiness for day-to-day delivery and upcoming changes to the Provider BCBSA Data Feed, monitoring and driving resolution plans or resolving SNOW Tickets reporting provider data quality issues, assessing BCBSA data metrics to identify opportunities for operational and data improvements, and coordinating with all BA levels to incorporate best practices across Elevance Commercial markets. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and five years of experience in related occupations including business process management solutions, SQL and Oracle, FACETS product provider data analytics and architecture, Agile methodology, and commercial provider data architecture and analytics. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates should live in or be willing to relocate to the Norfolk, VA area and report to the Pulse Point location at 5800 Northampton Boulevard, Norfolk, VA 23502.
