New opportunities coming soon to join our growing Beauty Sales Team! ActionLink is on a mission to connect people with the brands they love and the technology that helps enhance their daily lives. We are seeking an engaging individual with a flair for hair care who will enjoy creating quality interactions inside a local upscale retailer. Our Beauty Ambassador will use sales and demonstration strategies to promote our global client, Dyson, and their premier line of personal hair styling tools, including the Airwrap Styler, Supersonic Hair Dryer, and Corrale Straightener. The Dyson Brand Ambassador is tasked with showcasing these haircare items to customers and demonstrating all the cutting-edge reasons why they are the best in the industry! In this role, you will assess your customers' hairstyling curiosities and preferences, answer their questions, and provide live demos of the products' innovative mechanical features that will improve their daily hair styling routines.

SCHEDULE:

Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00AM-7:30PM

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Participate in web-based training courses and videos to learn proprietary product information Enthusiastically interact with store customers to establish strong connections Convey product benefits and demonstrate usage of the industry-leading features of Dyson's hair styling tools Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process while striving to meet sales goals/expectations Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback, observations, and submitting customer and store photos Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls, web meetings, and/or emails

ARE YOU A MATCH?

Salon experience strongly preferred; valid or previous cosmetology license a plus Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude with superior interpersonal skills Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards while on store shifts Available to work required weekend schedule Access to reliable transportation to commute to local store Access to a smart device for reporting Equal Opportunity Employer ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
