Our client in Southwest Houston is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Recruit candidates to fill roles ranging from Senior Leadership, Sales, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production and Operations.
- Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes and market trends.
- Utilize social media sourcing and branding to support recruitment efforts.
- Acts as liaison and vendor manager with area employment agencies.
- Coordinates appropriate pre-employment testing and verification processes.
- Manage the verbal and written contingent job offers and negotiation process.
- Use data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information in an effective manner.
- Completes weekly report on employment activity.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- 5-7+ years of full cycle recruiting is required
- Experience recruiting both corporate and field positions is required
- Large ATS system experience required, with a preference in Workday
- Supply Chain industry experience is a plus, not required
