Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and financial reporting functions for our single-point franchise
- Assist the Corporate Controller with administrative processes as needed
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely employee payments
- Maintain accurate personnel records and manage employee benefits
- Provide support and guidance to the office staff in their positions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Foster collaboration between sales, service, and parts departments for seamless operations
Qualifications - Proven experience as a controller in an automotive franchise dealership
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with office software and accounting systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry regulations and dealership operations
