Art Director – Brand (Celsius)

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL OR Louisville, KY

Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.

Position Overview

As the Art Director – Brand (Celsius), you’ll be a key creative force driving the visual identity of one of the fastest-growing energy drink brands in the wellness space. This is your opportunity to shape packaging, campaigns, retail experiences, and cross-channel content that resonate with consumers and elevate the CELSIUS® brand.

You’ll bring a sharp design sensibility, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality assets across print, digital, social, and in-store platforms.

Requirements

• Experience : 3–5+ years in visual design within an agency or in-house creative team
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Figma or similar digital platforms a plus
• Solid skills in layout, typography, color theory, and brand storytelling
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience executing packaging, retail, and digital creative across multiple formats
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to support creative workflows
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of current design trends and cultural aesthetics
• 3D/CGI experience is a plus but not required Creative conceptual thinker with a foundation in layout, color, and composition

Key Responsibilities

• Support creative execution across packaging, campaigns, digital content, and retail design
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with strategic goals
• Develop layouts, mockups, and presentation decks to communicate design direction
• Ensure consistency of Celsius brand identity across all visual assets and formats
• Contribute to photoshoot planning and art direction, including CG concept development
• Work with production teams to ensure final files meet brand and technical standards
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to bring ideas to life
• Participate in design feedback sessions with a solutions-oriented approach
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Bring energy, curiosity, and accountability to a fast-paced creative environment

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
