Welcome to Distinctive Living , where we're redefining what senior living feels like! We're searching for a hands-on, energetic, and creative Director of Resident Experience to lead our activity and engagement programs at our close-knit Memory Care community in Bonita Springs, FL!

What You'll DoAs the Director of Resident Experience , you'll design and deliver engaging daily programs that bring purpose, joy, and connection to our residents' lives. You'll:
Create monthly calendars full of fun, meaningful, and memory-focused activities
Lead events that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit - from crafts and music to themed parties and community outings
Get to know each resident personally - tailoring activities around their stories, hobbies, and preferences
Coordinate entertainment, family events, and quarterly community celebrations
Partner with other department leaders to make every day special for our residents

A heart for seniors and a genuine passion for memory care
Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for hands-on leadership
3+ years of senior living or activities experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organization skills
A high school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
